*Job Purpose/ Description: *

• Provide direction and SME for the methodology and delivery of BI
components for the project

• Establish future BI methodology based on learnings from Breakthrough
Project workstream

• Provide direction and SME in the establishment of Data Governance

• Provide direction and SME in the establishment of BI Status Reporting and
Project Governance

• Assist with oversight of BI technical delivery resources



*Tasks and Responsibilities: *

• Excels at implementing Project Management methodologies and tools, resource
management practices, and change management techniques.

• Excellent grasp of human resource management techniques.

• Excellent communication, analytical, negotiation, and troubleshooting
skills.

• Coordinates large numbers of staff to manage multiple large, complex
projects with greater impact on the enterprise.

• Often serves as back-up for senior management.

• May have involvement with the business during its strategic planning and
budget cycles to leverage knowledge and anticipate technology / process
transformation potential from a customer perspective.



*Required education/experience: *

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Science,
Information Systems, Business Administration or other related field.

• Project Management Certification preferred.

• 15 plus years of IT work experience and project management.

• Viewed as thought leader regarding BI methodology and tools.

• Excellent understanding of IT and its alignment with business processes.

• Excellent understanding of SDLC.

• Manages multiple projects or workstreams of the highest complexity.

• Excellent human resource management skills.
