Websphere Portal Lead
Location - FL
Duration - 8 months
5+ years of developer experience with Java/J2EE

Job Description / Daily Duties

1) Development lead on iterative development project(s) to lead the design, development and implementation of end-to-end complex solutions.
2) Candidate will be required to mentor and train development resources on IBM WebSphere applications.
3) Promote design re-usable components and services.
4) Develop best practices, standards of excellence, and guidelines to enforce and guide behavior.
5) Define and validate technical and business requirements to ensure feasibility and completeness of the technical solutions.
6) Capability to identify, prescribe and direct prototyping activities in order to determine appropriate design options.

Primary Technical / Business Skills:
5+ years of developer experience with Java/J2EE

Must have WebSphere experience in the following:
Portal (Development or Administration)

Nice to have skills in one or more of the following:

    * Process Server (Development or Administration)
    * Message Broker (Development or Administration)
    * MQ (Development or Administration)
    * Business Modeler (Development or Administration)
    * iLog (Development or Administration)
    * Sybase
    * DB2
    * Data Modeling
    * Facets FXI
    * PowerBuilder
    * Pega
    * IBM Content Manager
    * HIPAA Gateway
    * HP exStream
    * Kofax

Position: iPhone Developer
Location: Austin, TX
Duration: 3 months on c2c

Qualifications:
- At least 3yrs overall programming experience
- At least 1yr experience writing apps for the iPhone platform
- Proven ability to work with minimum supervision
