*Need SAP Basis consultant* *Location - San Leandro, CA (bay area)* *Duration – 4+ months* *Rate - 50/hr (Max)* Provide daily technical support for information systems for SAP R3 4.6 c and ECC 6.0 + and above. · Provide level 1 and 2 technical support of SAP systems through user ticket resolution · Monitor job schedulers, troubleshooting and implementing corrective action for problem incidents · Manage data backup and recovery processes · Deploy software updates and changes on existing systems · Apply Support Packages/Stacks · Coordinate Upgrade promote to production process · Upgrade and troubleshoot SAPGUI and related issues · System refresh/copy · Monitor, identify, troubleshoot and implement corrective action for system alerts and warnings · Maintain and update IT Support documentation Must have hands-on experience of the following technical skills: · IP services · Database Administration · OS Administration Must have good customer handling, communication and documentation skills, including fluency in English.
