Duration: 4 months + Experienced in: Object-oriented analysis & design, J2EE technologies, XML, UNIX Technical lead managing development resources during day-to-day development activities Work with support groups (middleware, GPA, architecture etc.) to address infrastructure, performance, design issues. Analyze business requirements, working in a dynamic team environment, to come up with effective solutions. Manage multiple offshore and onsite teams. Review and validate design and code provided by the development team. Thorough knowledge of architecture and design patterns of large enterprise systems. Experience in planning and execution of proof of technologies end-to-end, supporting complex application architecture, involving multiple databases and technology suite. Experience in interfacing with legacy and external systems. Experience in insurance, specifically claims handling applications. Expertise in IBM legacy integration and IBM infrastructure. Experience in relational databases, including analyzing and optimizing database queries.
