Utilize SCCM 2007 OSD (or equivalent Microsoft Deployment Toolkit, BDD 2007) to manage, create new images, maintain current images and image testing/update as new hardware is rolled out. Desired skill to build/create automated installations for use within OSD..Desktop problem determination and resolution; ability to identify and isolate problems related to the desktop platform and/or application software; be the 2nd/3rd level resource for escalation issues concerning client issues. Perform root cause analysis. Behavior Characteristics: Strong written and oral communication skills. Strong change management and documentation skills. Must have details on the below: Years experience on each *Skill Required / Desired Amount of Experience * SMS 2003/SCCM 2007 OSD or Microsoft Deployment Toolkit, BDD 2007 Required 5 Years SysPrep, RIPrep, and unattended installations of the OS, etc. Required 3 Years Expert knowledge of WinXP/Vista/Win 7 config management and security aspect Required 5 Years Device driver troubleshooting, maintenance, and support Required 5 Years Autoamated installation of applications via OSD Desired 3 Years Troubleshoot and resolve calls escalated to Desktop Engineering Required 5 Years Active Directory/Group Policy knowledge in a Windows 2003/2008 domain.
