Strong Interpersonal skills, communication, facilitation and presentation (written and oral) skills Bachelor's degree, preferably in Communications, Journalism, Psychology, Social Sciences, English, Advertising, Marketing or Business Administration Preferred . 2 years experience working in government sector (preferably state) . 2 years experience with divisions (or Department of Transportation divisions, formerly), including Motor Carrier, Motor Vehicle, Auto Burglary Theft Prevention Authority, and Vehicle Titles and Registration . 1 year experience in use of web-based and social networking communication vehicles .
