We have very urgent requirement with one of my direct client.
Location - Washington DC
Start Date - 7th June (the position can close in 24-48 hrs)
Duration - multi year (will go on for 3 years - this year will be from
June to Dec 10; and extendable every calendar yr )
Description : Candidate would have three or more years of configuration
management experience and must be trained in the use and integration of
Computer Associates (CA) and CMDB tools, specifically:
* CA Unicenter Service Desk, v11.2
* CA Unicenter CMDB, v12
* CA Cohesion, v5 knowledge will be a great plus
* CA SCM, v12 knowledge will be a great plus
In addition, the following skills may be desirable.
- experience writing and implementing CM processes and procedures
- experience performing functional and physical configuration audits
- familiarity with ITIL Foundation principles and best practices
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
