Work related skills: ü PeopleSoft v8.8 Human Capital Management application environment: o PeopleSoft HCM modules - PeopleSoft Human Resources, Payroll, Base Benefits, and Training Administration, SQR, PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, Workflow, Message Agent, Query/Crystal; ü Experience in a Oracle environment using SQL/PLSQL; ü Experience in a UNIX environment including script writing; ü Complete understanding of the PeopleSoft 8.8 process flow for HCM; ü Complete understanding of the PeopleSoft 8.8 database; ü Ability to effectively decipher and comprehend both technical and business documentation ü Ability to multitask and adjust to changing project schedules and priorities ü Excellent verbal and written communication skills ü Prior test automation experience using Rational Robot and/or Mercury QTP very helpful.
