• Execution of Work Packages and SOP’s
• All OEM Alerts
• Monitor Database Backups and resolve any issues
• User Account / Access Management
• Incident Queue Coordination
• Disaster recovery monitoring
• Disaster Recovery Test execution with the help of Motorola team
• Automated monitoring and generating management reports with more
opportunities for proactive monitoring
• Executing Data fixes for application teams
• Assisting on the Changes (Unix, Storage, Network)
• Assist in performance tuning
• Performance monitoring of critical database and infrastructure components
• Long running jobs
• Capacity (Memory, CPU, Storage)
• Service Desk Analyst and Service Recovery Manager Responsibility during
the Shifts
• Application and Database minor patches
• Minor database changes (Configuration changes)
• Database restarts
• Lock/Latch/Memory issues resolution
