*Job Purpose/ Description:*



Insurance, Pension & Annuity Domain

• Analyzes with strong pension and annuity product / business domain
knowledge, including Life Insurance, Universal Life, After-Tax Annuities,
and Retirement Plans, e.g., SRA, IRA, Keoghs, 401k, 403b.



Trust Services, Educational Savings (529) Domain

• Analyzes with strong trust services and educational savings knowledge,
e.g., 529 College Savings Plans, Mutual Funds, and brokerage business domain
information

Corporate Support Domain (HR, Law, FAF, Accounting)

• Analyzes with strong corporate support domain knowledge of one or more
functions, including Human Resources, Law, Compliance, Finance, and
Accounting.



Marketing

• Analyzes requirements for campaign execution and tracking, as well as
channel integration and analytics, e.g., CRM.•

Excellent ability to work with business owners and AD teams to support
applications that comprise components from different vendors; develops RFIs,
RFPs, and business cases; monitors SLAs and Disaster Recovery requirements /
testing with vendors.

• Excels at designing GUIs into visually compelling layouts with fluid
navigation; adheres to enterprise GUI standards and extends to business
application GUI requirements; may design screens / layouts for portal, web
or rich client interfaces; adept at working with GUI design / tools, e.g.,
Photoshop, Dreamweaver or other comparable HTML editors, as well as
Illustrator, PowerPoint, and Excel.





*Required education/experience:*

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Science,
Information Systems, or other related field.

• 10 plus years of IT work experience in applications programming /
analysis.

• Excellent working knowledge of systems / applications software and
the Information
Technology industry; understands their role in supporting business
requirements / technical solutions.

• Serves as point of escalation for complex issues.

• Responsible for developing and executing project plans, as well as
coordinating groups of IT staff.
