We have urgent requirement for Peoplesoft developer If you have any consultant, plz help SEND RESUMES TO [email protected] Title : Peoplesoft developer Requirement : *Peoplesoft developer with web development experience* Location : Charlotte NC Duration : 6-24 months Required : Visa Type : End Client/Client Domain : Description: Position Description: Experience Level: 7-10 years technical background and 5-6 years directly related web experience Description: • Leads the development and implementation of highly complex internet and intranet applications on one or more diverse platforms. • Uses advanced knowledge of web technologies, including C++, Java, Java Script, HTML, CGI, XML, Perl, ASP, multimedia applications, database modeling tools and/or database interactions. • Evaluates systems specifications for client area web site requirements and determines and implements the most efficient and cost-effective software/package solution. • Researches and tracks new web technologies, develops service applications, and analyzes business requirements as they pertain to web-based systems. • Responsible for system quality assurance and consistency with installation and security policy and standards. • May provide direction and guidance to less experienced staff. This person will be in a production support role in our Charlotte office to support our East coast users and will handle every day technical application support need to for ServiceView (a peoplesoft CRM application), and will be willing to learn and support Peoplesoft infrastructure Responsibilities • Provide technical support for Serviceview applications. o Maintains operation, monitoring and integrity of production systems to meet established standards. o Provide ongoing support for Service view Application at agreed service levels. o Interact with system administration, DBA and other teams to troubleshoot application performance issues. o Analyze long running SQL's and will be able to understand the execution plans and will recommend practical improvements. o Build code for new functionality, write functional specification designs, unit test plans and release notes. o Ensure that all production changes are processed according to Change Management policies and procedures. o Ensure that appropriate levels of Quality Assurance have been met for all new and existing products. o Ensure that products and changes are fully documented, supportable and captured in the Wids+ a Support Management Database. o Interface with internal business and technical partners. o Proactively identify opportunities for change within the production environment. o Interact with Application groups to determine data, performance, and other issues related to the application. o Resolve technical issues in PS modules.
