*Location: Salem, OR*
*Duration: 6 months+*
*Consultants in west coast will have advantage.

*REQUIRED:*
- 8+ years software development testing experience
- 3+ years experience with testing web based applications
*
DESIRED*
- Experience working from specifications and using a solid change management
process
- Experience in planning, directing and establishing System Testing,
Performance Testing and Acceptance Testing efforts
- Experience leading a large effort to complete business applications
testing on a tight time schedule
- Experience in final validation of systems prior to Go-Live
- Experience working on IT applications development projects in large
complex private or public sector organizations
*REQUIRED Skills & Abilities:*
- Ability to use MS Office, MS SharePoint and other basic toolsets to create
testing tools and tracking methods
- Web Development Testing
- Writing Systems Testing Scripts
- Writing Acceptance Testing Scripts
- Writing Performance Testing Scripts
- Effective processes and methods for tracking of issue/defects
- Leadership and coordination
- Oral communications to individual and groups
- Good teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
- Good documentation skills
- Demonstrated initiative in delivery of well structured and documented
testing results
- Active management of testing documentation to ensure changes are made
properly and integrated for maintainability
- Ability to work independently
- Handles confidential information appropriately
- Meets tight timelines
- Attention to detail
- Analytical with a strong work ethic
- Problem solving skills
