Must be able to review and determine what RICE components are needed in a
phase release, create proper requirements documents and technical
specifications and turnover to development.

Must have previous experience working in a large complex Oracle EBS
environment





*2.Position Title:** Siebel CTMS Functional Lead*

*Project Duration:** 6 months*

*Job Details/Description-*

As a Siebel CTMS Functional Lead you may be responsible for leading and/or
participating in following types of tasks associated with Siebel CTMS
initiative:

Process definition and design for Siebel CTMS implementations

Requirements definition and mapping for Siebel CTMS implementations

Test definition, scenario, and script development for Siebel CTMS
implementations

Leading test execution for Siebel CTMS implementations

Leading training definition and development for Siebel CTMS implementations

General change management activities for Siebel CTMS implementations



In this role you will work with client representatives and technical teams
in developing solutions that address the people, process, and technology
needs of the organization related to the Siebel CTMS implementation.

Ultimately, you will be accountable for ensuring the successful and timely
development and delivery of all Siebel CTMS related functional work
products.

Individuals being considered for this position must have the following
skills-

Significant Consulting/client facing background

Outstanding teamwork skills Keen attention to detail

Demonstrated analytical and qualitative abilities

Multiple experiences with process definition and design, requirements
definition and mapping, participation in testing and/or training phases for
Siebel CTMS

Outstanding academic achievement with a strong record of extracurricular
activity and leadership

At least 3 years of Siebel CTMS implementation experience (at least 1 in 8.0
or 8.1 preferred)

Participation in each phase of at least three full Siebel lifecycle
implementations

Functional configuration and/or design experience in one or more Siebel
suite of products (SSA, Call Center, etc.)

Siebel Business Analyst certification (7 or greater) desired

Knowledge of/experience with formal delivery methodologies

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
