I have an IMMEDIATE need for two SharePoint Resources.

*1. SharePoint Developer -mid level*
DESCRIPTION:
SharePoint developer needed to develop a site on a SharePoint Portal
platform. The site is used to publish and share reports exported from SAS.
Person will also set up access/security for the site, meaning who will have
access to data, what access level they will have. The Portal is already
developed, the requirements are already gathered for this site, and security
levels for the site are already defined. The primary steps this person will
need to take are to:
- Meet with the business users/department to make sure there is a clear
understanding of what they want, and what the correct SharePoint portal
platform is.
- Develop the site (on a test server environment).
- Review what is developed, and confirm acceptance.
- Document all steps that were taken to develop and configure the site
to ensure that the customer will be able to recreate it in the live
environment.
REQUIRED:
- Strong mid-level SharePoint development experience (no architecture
skills necessary for this position)
- SharePoint Portal experience (the Portal framework is developed for the
company, but experience developing SharePoint sites on a Portal platform is
needed)
- Excellent communication skills.
*2. SharePoint Architect*
REQUIRED:
- Architect level knowledge and technical experience with SharePoint
- Project Management experience and abilities (specific experience leading
SharePoint projects required)
- Excellent analysis skills needed, and ability to work directly with
non-technical business users to develop high-level understanding of
requirements and plan for appropriate SharePoint solutions
DESCRIPTION:
Strong SharePoint and Project Management skills needed for a consultant to
help a large organization plan and deliver on SharePoint technology
solutions. This person will be responsible for helping to understanding
high-level needs of business users in SharePoint, drive the gathering of
requirements and refinement into technical specifications, help to
prioritize and plan a large number of SharePoint requests, oversee
architecture related activities for the new SharePoint
solutions/apps/projects, and help to manage the development and
implementation.
