*Duration:1month* * * * **Description of Services:* * The client is concerned that most portal designers will be very experienced with financial/operations measure displays, and thinks that their clinical measures and audience for such might need someone with experience with clinical measures. So any candidate with that might be a shoe-in. The platform is MS SharePoint/Performance Point/ProClarity/Reporting Services and the client is also looking into purchasing Tableau for more robust graphical capabilities. The portal has to be operational by end of August. So there are only three months remaining for a release 1.0 initial delivery. The candidate needs to help define and prioritize the requirements for a yet to be formalized set of audiences (clinical staff) with potentially 5 or more views of clinical measures. We have the skills to build the portal, but the client needs help understanding what to deliver and needs leadership in guiding the client through the process of defining the portal design. User experience specialist, focused on interactive dashboard/reporting usability and design ? Over 10+ years of business intelligence usability/design experience ? Functioned as a user interface analyst, designer and developer on projects for fortune 500 clients ? Healthcare specific experience ? Application expertise includes: corporate reporting, performance benchmarking, executive dashboards, process management, and other analytical web applications ? Proven ability to successfully interact with all levels of individuals within an organization. Effective at driving results across multiple industries in creating web-based analytic and business process solutions that are easy to use, modular, maintainable, and expandable ? Able to work across various reporting software solutions such as Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition, Oracle Discoverer, Hyperion Web Analysis, Actuate, Crystal Reports, Business Objects and/or custom built applications ? Ensures alignment of user needs/requirements and analytic abilities. Highly effective at fitting solutions to users, not users to solutions. Success in driving high user acceptance rating during solution roll out ?
