Summary: The individual will work as part of an Agile team involving (but not limited to) a Project Manager, Developers, Technical Leads, Business Analysts and Testers to ensure the timely delivery of applications. Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to): GUI design, application code development, XML schema development, generate/parse XML, execution of unit and acceptance testing, utilization of the automated test infrastructure for the project, and identification of application code and services for reuse. Qualifications: The candidate must possess the following technical experience: • Minimum 7 years of experience in software development utilizing Java 6 and Enterprise Java technologies. • Solid experience using Spring MVC framework. • Experience with Web Services & demonstrated experience in specific technologies including EJB, JMS, JPA, JUnit, SOAP, JAX-WS and XML. • Solid knowledge of Design Patterns. • Solid Experience practicing Test First Development Methodology. • Some experience working with Weblogic Application Server. • In-depth knowledge of the Application Development Lifecycle. • At least four years of experience utilizing Oracle/SQL. • Sound knowledge of Object Oriented Analysis and Design techniques.
