Minimum of 5 years’ experience working a consultative capacity, preferably in an IT *oriented/systems development environment* Minimum of 5 year experience working with clinical applications or processes Background with R&D Development systems Experience owning a defined portion of a project, and a demonstrated ability to manage issues and risks, and an understanding of appropriate and timely escalation Demonstrated experience in delivering business, user and functional requirements, specifications and data flow design documents. Demonstrated experience in preparing User Acceptance Test SCripts * * *Experience with the software development lifecycle* Experience working in a team environment with multiple parties Experience working on global projects, specifically software implementations Experience leading a small team of people (up to 5): Off shore management of documentation personnel a MUST Experience operating in a validated environment Demonstrated supervisory skills Clear understanding of the technology & associated dependencies between systems including an understanding of data migration, quality and integration technologies (e.g., ETL) Demonstrated ability to work independently with very little supervision BA/BS; Life Sciences, Healthcare, or Computer Science degree required Pfizer and ELC experience preferred *Project Execution* Assists in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules. Takes input from supervisor and appropriately and accurately applies comments/feedback. Communicates and applies project standards. Manages resources in accordance with project schedule. Consistently delivers high-quality services to our clients.
