 This is a Trainer position.
Advanced skills to perform technical delivery of customer facing product
training. Independent thinking ability to manage in a crisis. Knowledge of
and use of applications, basic PC windows tools, E-Learning technologies,
and concepts of customer training practices related to the country where
training is delivered.
Generally requires a Masters or Bachelors degree, and a minimum of 5 years
of experience in the customer service and or training industry, and customer
training, or related field.

Required qualifications:
• Flexibility & professionalism
• Ability to follow and take direction
• Ability to work closely with product trainers/SMEs/project managers
• This is a customer facing position and trainer’s presentation and delivery
are critical.
• Able to adjust schedule to meet training team, customers and corporate’
need.
• Able to work within time constraints to become familiar and deliver
product quickly (our products get updated and so our training has to be as
well – in a timely fashion) • Ability to support training delivery via a
variety of modalities, live, recorded and e-learn.
• Advanced written and oral communication skills (training delivery and
presentations, customer-facing experience, etc.)
• Demonstration of knowledge and skills related to adult learning,
E-Learning, project management, and training delivery.
• Demonstration of Professionalism dealing with all customers - internal and
external -, revenue generating, development, marketing and support.
• Minimum of 5 yrs training, development of training and class
planning/scheduling.


Preferred qualifications:
• Intermediate knowledge of Verizon products - basic expertise in Verizon
Business services, processes, procedures, support organizations and tools
product suite
• Telecom experience
• Project management experience
• Experience as a member of a decentralized team
