*REQUIRED:*

   - Demonstrated knowledge and experience with gathering business
   - Requirements, data mapping, process requirements documentation,
   business process engineering, and metadata documentation.
   - Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication (both verbal and
   written), and time management skills.
   - Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Applications Development and
   Database design
   - Minimum of two (2) years of experience in n-tier client/server systems
   - Minimum of five (5) years of experience in design and support of
   Database structures in MS SQL server 7, MS SQL 2000, MS SQL server 2005
   - In-depth knowledge of structured programming techniques and languages
   (Java, JavaScript, VBA, VB.net, C#)
   - Advanced knowledge and experience with AJAX
   - Thorough knowledge of the principles of applications systems
   development and its associated lifecycle
   - Ability to work independently and in a team setting to meet tight
   deadlines

*PREFERRED:*

   - Visual Studio V 6.0, Visual Interdev, Active Server Pages (ASP)
   - VBScript, Visual Studio.Net, ASP.NET, ADP, Java and Crystal Reports
