*Position:Pega Consultant* *Location: Columbus, OH* *Duration: 6-8 months* Start Date : 21st of June (Best scenario) *Job Description*: Lead the technical aspects of a complex, multi-year program through the full software delivery lifecycle with a background of business analysis of 5-6 years. - Must have : PEGA PRPC, JRULE, Java, Database, Dreamweaver or any other GUI tool. - *Must be PRPC Certified. *Experience with PEGA methodology. - Role Includes but not limited to: Architecture Design, Business requirement Collection, Development, Guiding junior developers, trouble shooting, bug fixing and issue resolution. - Excellent Communication skills. - Good experience in working with onsite offshore model. Majority of the team at offshore. - Able to work in hostile and multi-vendor environment. Open for extended working hrs to match the time-zone overlap requirement. - *Nice to have: *Banking experience and experience with Business Rule Engines.
