LOOKING FOR LOCAL CANDIDATES TO BOSTON WITH HEAVY FINANCIALS. *DESCRIPTION IS AS FOLLOWS:* We are looking for a senior systems analyst to play a leading role on initiatives to help Capital Markets Electronic Brokerage develop a suite of highly competitive trading products. This person will partner with business and technology groups and assist in the gather of requirements for complex applications such as high-frequency algorithmic trading, pre/post-trade analytics, order management systems and regulatory reporting. RESPONSIBILITIES Requirements gathering, analysis and estimation tracking for both domestic Equity & international trading projects Responsible for tracking requirements changes in a highly dynamic environment Responsible for creating detailed Use Cases for algorithmic trading system Responsible for participating in planning, analysis, design, implementation, deployment of trading systems for multiple product types Must demonstrate ability to analyze complex business/technical problems and deliver solutions in a proactive, self-directed manner Ensure objectives are met in accordance with established priorities, time limitations, funding criteria Keep management informed of progress and issues Communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing Appropriate communication with business and technology partners Write technical reports and manuals Qualifications Must have Equity Trading experience Ideally Algorithmic Trading experience Experience with systems development and analysis Experience with requirements gathering and technical design Experience with project life cycle methodologies across multiple platforms and technologies Knowledge of systems development project life cycle Excellent written and oral communication skills, with customers, technical team members, and other technical contributors across the organization Ability to provide technical leadership and project direction to offshore development teams Please call me if you have any questions.
