* Bachelor's degree in a related technical field and 5+ years TIBCO-related experience. Knowledge in project management desired. * Electric utility industry experience in Transmission or Distribution Operations is a major plus. * Experience with work management, asset management, or resource management type applications. Knowledgeable in I.T systems integration and the associated building blocks and processes. Experience with Visual Basic and MS Access. * The TIBCO Administrator will provide installation, maintenance, and monitoring services of the TIBCO application suite for all operating environments (production, test, etc.). In addition, the Administrator will also provide leadership in the areas of performance tuning, disaster recovery, and patch/release management. The Administrator will also assist in application deployments, debugging and troubleshooting, and development and management of Hawk rules and alerting.
