Title : Staffware Workflow Developer Location : Lexington, MA Duration : 6 months Availability : Immediate Rate : $45 Client needs some on with Soarian, Tibco/ Staffware Requirements: . Must have 7+ years experience with Workflow and Business Process Management . Experience with Staffware or Tibco Business Process Management / Workflow software . Must have excellent communication skills. . Healthcare experience is a plus . Siemens Soarian Clinicals or Financials experience a plus Purpose and Scope: The Workflow Developer's primary responsibility will be to take responsibility for the architectural design and development of multiple workflow applications that support clinical coordination of work and escalation of notifications in more than 1600 clinics. Description: This person does not make models and drawings, but will be developing Tibco/Staffware to receive and make calls back and forth from Soarian. Staffware will hear an event from the clinical system (such as a patient needs a lab assessment), puts together an alert for the clinician (Nurse, do xyz), pulls out the correct form, and brings it up for the clinician. It keeps track of and manages the clinical workflow. This person will be constructing clinical and financial workflows to accomplish an alert or advice based on a triggering event. So for example, an admission of a new patient would trigger the need to alert clinicians to the need to do various patient assessments and orders. Ideally, this person will work proactively with a clinical analyst to design a specification for what the workflow needs to do and then do the coding, or else he/she might just work from a specification designed by someone else.
