Title : SAP ABAP FI/CO AR (Technical Consultant)
Location : Stamford, CT
Experience : 5 to 7 Years
Duration : 6 + months

Required Skills:
1. 3-5 years of relevant experience in SAP Accounts Receivable module on full lifecycle engagements, ideally in multi national companies using a Shared Services Center model.
2. Experience in the Sales and Distribution, Procurement and other FI/CO modules a plus ((account determination, movement types, pricing, rebate management, revenue recognition, resource related billing, service management)
3. Experience with the SAP collections and dispute management modules as part of the Financial Supply Chain Management module(FSCM) a plus
4. Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems is preferred; advanced degree MS/MBA and technical certification in SAP Technology is a plus.
5. Must have a proven track record in requirements gathering, blueprint, design and implementing optimal solutions based on business requirements and extensive understanding of SAP AR processes, including BAI2 interface communication with banks and lockbox processing.
6. Conversion experience for Customer Master Data, Credit Master Data and Customer Open items in SAP
7. Validation of financial data (Open AR, GL Balances, Cost Centers, and GL Accounts, Profit Center Accounting, Profitability Analysis)
8. Knowledge of Sales Tax processes and tools (Taxware, Vertex) a plus
9. Experience with software and systems engineering quality and maturity guidelines and model (CMMI or equivalent) and significant testing experience, including definition and documentation of test results at various phases (unit, system, user acceptant) of the project life-cycle, ideally using automated tools such as HP Quality Manager.
Responsibilities:
1. Will work with onsite and offshore teams to ensure that deliverables for the Design and Blue Print phases of the OTC transformation are completed with the right quality and according with the timelines agreed by Project Management
2. Will act as a liaison between business and design and development teams to communicate priorities and requirements for support the OTC Transformation project .
3. Will gather requirements from business users for enhancements/developments and prepare required functional specifications
4. Will work with onsite and offshore teams to ensure that production issues are fixed as per support SLAs
5. Provide IT project leadership for the OTCT initiative
6. Will engage with other SAP/Non SAP teams such as BI, Middleware, etc.
7. Build relationships and interact with external vendors (banks, consulting firms, etc.) as and when required act as a key point of contact for business counterparts, providing insight to technical solutions.
