Number or Positions: 3 (Looking for 2 Sr. Oracle BI Resources and one Oracle BI Architect) Duration: 6 months + Rate: Open Position Purpose We are looking for Oracle BI consultant with proficient experience in the Oracle BI Front End tool. You will be required to design the reports/User Interface using the Oracle BI Front End. We need somebody with 5-7 years Oracle BI experience. You must be able to demonstrate good analytical/Technical skills, and also be an excellent communicator, as you will be required to interact with the end client senior managers for the reporting requirements. This large and stable organization is looking for a Database Guru/Oracle BI Consultant to join their large and friendly team for a 6 month contract that is likely to extend for the right person. We are looking for Oracle BI Consultants with the following experience: * As a Senior Consultant you will be responsible for various aspects of the sales and delivery lifecycle including: * Serve as a subject matter expert for OBIEE with hands on expertise in RPD Development, Oracle Answers, Oracle Delivers, DAC Configuration, ETL Configuration, and OBI-EE "XML" Reporting tool (BI Publisher) * Collaborate with Technical and Business customers to design the physical data model and security model Install, configure, and administer the OBIEE platform Estimate Data Integration Project and Support Efforts Candidate Profile: This hands-on position requires considerable experience with the Oracle Business Intelligence product suite and functional skills. * 5 + years Oracle Business Intelligence with 2+ years Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) * Proficient in one or more ETL tools such as Informatics or OWB * 3+ years of Data warehouse and ETL design, build, and test experience * Knowledge of SQL, query tools, and data modeling tools * Knowledge of security protocols and architectures for reporting systems * A track record of working with clients throughout the sales to solution implementation lifecycle including the architecting of solutions to meet client requirements * Expertise in designing and building DW's/marts from data modeling through delivery of BI interfaces. * Experience with Oracle OLAP and with ETL tools, especially Oracle Warehouse Builder is a plus. * Ability to design and build BI reporting interfaces seasoned expertise with various components in Oracle's technology stack.
