Very Urgent Need Immediate Assistance!!!!!! Location: Plano TX Rate: $52/hr on 1099/C2C HP Service Manager (SM) engineer to assist with the configuration, implementation and deployment of HP Service Manager into the development, test, and production environments. The HP Service Manager engineer will also assist with the integration of HP Service Manager with HP uCMDB, HP Asset Center, and HP Openview. The SM Engineer must have practice implementation experience with the following SM modules: 1. Incident Management Module 2. Problem Management Module 3. Request Management Module 4. Service Catalog Candidate Telephone Numbers are Required with the submittal. Responses to the Qualifying Questions must be included in the submittal or the submittal will automatically be declined. Skill Sets 1. Superb technical skills with installation, configuring, and management of HP client v4/v5/v6, HP Service Manager technology v7.x, HP IIA (under SM 7.1), ConnectIT, Web Services, and SDKAUto. 2. Superb analysis and troubleshooting skills. 3. Infrastructure and Application development experience, baseline support experience, demonstrated customer communication skills, and excellent interpersonal communications. 4. Previous experience with IT Service Management deployment or initiatives. 5. Good Team leadership and management skills. 6. ITIL Foundation certified or equivalent experience. 7. Experience with Project Lifecycle Methodologies. Required Qualifications This is a Technical engineering position. DO NOT SEND Help Desk Analyst or Help Desk Process resumes. 1. 5+ years experience developing and supporting tools and/or applications in a large, complex, multi-customer IT organization. 2. Undergraduate degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or Math preferred. Qualifying Questions: Please ask candidates to make their responses as concise as possible. Has the candidate demonstrated awareness or experience with the ITIL framework as it relates to Incident, Change, and Problem Management? 4. If you had to bring data from a separate table to a screen in Sm7 how would you do it? 5. If you were going to set up a new interface in SM7 using Connectit, what are some of the steps?
