The version of Remedy currently being used is ARS Server 7.00.01, IM 7.0.02. They are seeking someone with the skill set to be able to come in and bring him/her up to speed on the application with very little support. There is a developer onsite who is very familiar with the platform, but NOT with this particular application. This application has several outstanding and complex enhancements that need to be implemented.
