Will need to work hands on (for initial 3-6 months) - writing scenarios, test cases, traceability metrics, setting up and managing all this in QC etc.. 4. Excellent communication and coordination skills 5. Proficient with Mercury/HP tools (QC, QTP, Loadrunner etc - not all tools are a must but atleast QC exp is a must) 6.
