*Facets Database Analyst*

*Description:*

Understand customer requirement in building interface between Facets
Medicare application and RECON+ / RxRECON payment reconciliation system

Prepare the Requirement Specification and Detail Design Document

Perform the data mapping between Facets Medicare data model and interface
outbound file layout which is used as input for RECON+ / RxRECON payment
reconciliation system

Define the data extraction logic to extract the current and retro enrollment
and disenrollment membership records from Facets for different Medicare plan
types

Ensure the accuracy, performance and scalability of the interface Conduct QA
and assist customer during system integration and acceptance testing

Trizetto Facets 4.x Implementation experience in building Interfaces and
Extracts Health plans send monthly file to IFOX for processing the Medicare
Advantage and Part D Payments. IFOX uses RECON+ / RxRECON payment
reconciliation system to process the file with the help of the data
available from CMS.

Trizetto’s batch job (in versions > = 4.31) which generates a flat file
after extracting the required data from Facets. This job currently has a
significant number of issues in terms of performance, scalability and
accuracy. Facets customers are unhappy with this batch job and IFOX has
taken a proactive step in providing a generic interface engine which would
mimic the Facets Reconciliation Batch job addressing the issues of
Scalability, Performance and Accuracy.
