SYSTEMS QUALITY ASSURANCE ANALYST
Location: MI
Duration: 6 + months
Rate: 38$ per hour Maximum...
Responsibilities:
* Create comprehensive test plans for Client products
* Design and execute manual and automated test cases
* Conduct functional, system, regression and smoke tests in
multiple environments
* Effectively utilize the proprietary automated Client testing
tools in addition to Mercury tools such as QuickTest Professional
* Diagnose, report, track, and assist in resolving quality
issues
* Facilitate the code migration between Development, Test, UAT,
Staging and Production
* Partner with teams throughout Client to ensure quality
objectives are achieved
* Work independently in a fast paced, exciting development
environment
* Execute strategic quality projects, enabling the SQA team to
meet aggressive quality and productivity objectives
* Utilize excellent verbal and written communication skills to
influence the development of new features and improve product usability
Minimum Qualifications:
* BS in Computer Science or Information Systems or other similar
program; or comparable work experience
* Minimum 3-5 years experience in software quality testing
and/or business analysis
* Experience with web based products that tailor to individual
personas.
* Experience with testing support products and processes, such
as defect tracking systems and software configuration controls
* High attention to detail coupled with a strong commitment to
the delivery of a high quality product
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Excited to learn, contribute and thrive in a fast paced
organization
* Basic understanding of the following languages: SQL, XML,
HTML, Java & Unix
* Experience with automated testing tools such as QTP &
Loadrunner
