Comfortable interacting with all levels of management and technical resources. Well-developed presentation skills. Proven problem-solving capabilities and ability to work independently. Performance Center/Loadrunner is required and other performance tools like JMeter are bonus. Experience with testing and tuning applications run on BEA Weblogic. Experience with testing and tuning Oracle databases. Intermediate UNIX/Shell Scripting abilities.
