Position Title : IT Operations Support Services Location : Raleigh, NC Duration : 12 to 24 Months. Rate : DOE Skills Required: Must have mainframe systems programming experience including extensive knowledge of TSO and JCL. - Include knowledge of and experience with customizing software applications for site requirements and customer's needs. Must have a thorough knowledge and understanding of software installation using the SMP/E environment. Software installs, maintenance, upgrades, PTFs and APARs. Must have knowledge and understanding of Sterling Commerce CONNECT:DIRECT z/OS components including: Data Transmission Facility (DTF) Application Program Interface (API) User Interfaces Sysplex Requester Facility (SRF) Must understand and be able to implement CONNECT:DIRECT SECURE+ option Must thoroughly understand the CD processes and be able to build and modify each including: Generating and loading the Network Map, parameter values and customization of the product Must be familiar with VTAM, TCP/IP and how to set up the definition requirements of CONNECT:DIRECT Must be able to troubleshoot/diagnose failed processes Please reply back to this email with your most updated resume along With compensation requirements.
