Job Title: Senior UAT Testing Analyst

Location : Connecticut

Duration :3 – 4 Months

Description:
The services will be provided by executing the following 5 tracks of work:
1. Assessment of Current UAT Process
2. Recommendation and Roadmap on Future Process
3. Recommendation on Structure and Responsibilities of UAT Team
4. Recommendation on Staffing/Hiring Approach for UAT Team
5. Stakeholder Presentation

Track 1: Assessment of Current UAT Process and Requirements Documentation
Interview various IT and Business team members to understand the current
processes, toolsets and requirements needed for a UAT team. This information
will be collected in a UAT Assessment Word document and will be used to help
create the rest of the deliverables.

Track 2: Recommendation and Roadmap on Future Process

Create a detailed UAT Future Process Recommendation Word document including
a recommendation on the appropriate processes that should be implemented for
an effective UAT process. Specifically, this recommendation will cover:

Appropriate Management and Reporting Routines

Roles and Responsibilities during UAT

Recommendation on Severity and Priority Levels of Bugs and appropriate
service level agreements (SLAs)

Recommendation on UAT entry and exit criteria

Roadmap that outlines timeline to implement process changes

Track 3: Recommendation on Structure and Responsibilities of UAT Team

Create a detailed UAT Structure and Responsibilities Recommendation Word
document that outlines the skill sets needed on the UAT team and how the
team should be structured and managed based on the current and future
pipeline of technology initiatives and the timing of those initiatives.

Track 4: Recommendation on Staffing/Hiring Approach for UAT Team

Develop a UAT Staffing / Hiring Approach Word document containing a
recommendation on the most cost-effective and knowledge-retaining way to
staff this team based on some combination the following scenarios:

Staff Augmentation Client takes responsibility for selecting and managing
the resources through a staffing agency.

Outsourcing A vendor takes responsibility for selecting and managing the
resources.

Hiring Client hires the resources full-time and takes responsibility for
managing the resources.

Track 5: Stakeholder Presentation
Create and present, in person, an executive level UAT Assessment and
Recommendation Stakeholder Report Powerpoint presentation. The report will
define UAT, articulate its purpose, and contain findings and recommendations
from the 4 tracks above.
