   1. *Mandatory Technical Requirements *



The consultant will ensure that he/she has accrued the following experience
in order for the consultant to qualify for this project:



1.      Minimum of 8 years programming experience developing with *
PeopleTools*.

a.      Creation of ‘run control’ panels or pages, *PS/Query
development*, *Crystal
Reports* development and *SQR *development will NOT be considered qualifying
PeopleTools programming experience.

2.      Minimum of 4 years programming experience developing with *PeopleTools
*at release levels 8.x or higher in PeopleSoft Base Benefits or Benefits
  Administration.

a.      Creation of ‘run control’ panels or pages, PS/Query development,
Crystal Reports development and SQR development will NOT be considered
qualifying PeopleTools programming experience



3.      Minimum of 4 years experience working with an Oracle database
including Oracle Release 9 or higher.

   1. One or more years public sector experience programming with
   PeopleTools developing highly customized PeopleSoft Base Benefits or
   Benefits Administration applications at release levels of 8.x or higher.
   2. Significant technical experience with one or more PeopleSoft
   Application and/or Tools upgrades from PeopleTools Application release
   levels of 8.x to a PeopleTools Application release level of 9.x.
   3. Significant technical experience, in which the main focus of the
   assignment involved the analytical and technical tasks required to perform
   one or more PeopleSoft Application and/or Tools upgrade from PeopleTools
   Application release levels of 8.x to a PeopleTools Application release level
   of 9.x.  Be prepared to describe the specific experience.
   4. Significant technical experience, in which the main focus of the
   assignment involved the analytical and technical tasks required to perform
   one or more PeopleSoft Application and/or Tools upgrade at release levels of
   8.x or higher of a highly customized PeopleSoft Application.  Be prepared to
   describe the specific experience.
   5. Minimum of three years experience in the Lead Developer role
   associated with a highly customized PeopleSoft Base Benefits or Benefits
   Administration application.  This role should include creating project
   plans, monitoring the work associated with project plans , executing complex
   development work associated with projects, creating test plans and creating
   design specifications.  Candidate will be required to describe the specific
   experience.
   6. Minimum of one year experience programming experience developing with
   PeopleTools at release 8.x or higher in the PeopleSoft Monitor Health and
   Safety module.
   7. One or more years experience working in a Unix environment.
   8. Minimum of two years experience developing programs using SQR.
