Location : Austin, Texas Rate : $50ph Duration : 6+ months DESCRIPTION ** *ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:* A. Consults with other staff members to schedule work and coordinate programming project. B. Analyzes, reviews, and revises programs to increase operating efficiency or to adapt new procedures. C. Programs and tests Oracle Application using Oracle’s Jdeveloper* *and the preparation of test data. D. Troubleshoots system and program problems and assists in developing appropriate solutions. E. May assist in preparing detailed analyses, plans, diagrams, and verification procedures for proposed computer application. F. Documents new and modified programs. G. Designs and defines database tables and other file structures, as needed. II. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS * Minimum Requirements:* Years Skills/Experience 4 Years experience in computer programming or development of software applications. This experience must include application design, coding, and testing. 2 Experience in Oracle. 2 Experience with system documentation (requirements, use cases, ERDs, process models). 2 Experience with Oracle’s Jdeveloper 4 Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a degree in Data Processing, Computer Science, or related field is required.
