-Must have a comprehensive knowledge of multiple technical disciplines.
Experience and desire to independently research, analyze and correct payment
transaction issues. Document and recommend resolution to defects
identified. Strong verbal and written communication skills required. Help
desk experience desired.
-Troubleshoot online application and transaction issues associated with
Batch, Database, Wireless and/or User Interfaces.
-Interface and coordinate research/resolution of issues with operations
teams, Production Support Group, Technology Information Group and other
servicing
*ORGANIZATIONS. *
-Identify bugs and other enhancements associated with Payments & Wireless
applications, providing documentation and tracking information
-Use ClearQuest, Pac2000 and other tracking tools. Ensure SOX compliance is
met.

- 5-7 year’s technical background and 3-5 years directly related web
experience.
