Job Duties : This person will not be doing any coding. Will be filling the role of a Technical Lead/Project Manager. Will lead local team of 6 to 8 people and interface with an offshore firm. The majority of the code for this project has been outsourced to an offshore firm in the Ukraine. Participates in Design and Code Reviews, Specifies, Designs, and Debugs, and Verifies Medical Applications Software. Participates in Software Requirements Specifications inspections. Candidates will be working on the next generation insulin pump in R&D. Embedded software experience and project management skills are an absolute must. Assist software director and software engineering lead in software requirements definition and project management. Experience in handling outsourced code development and medical devices very helpful. Requires experience with C. C#, C++, Visual Studio and Assembler would be a PLUS.
