Responsibilities:
Incumbents will be responsible for IDC Hosting global expansion to deploy new high-capacity VAN 3.0 architecture to meet customer demands. Will also work on DSL Distribution Router technology insertion, provide Tier-4 (advanced) technical support, configuration development and testing for Global IDC Hosting and DSL Distribution Router deployment project on Cisco OSR routers. Collaborate with system engineering, test engineering, operations support personnel, and capacity management organization to deploy VoIP related equipment to meet network expansion needs. Manage IP address assignment to all IDC/DSL-DR/VAN/CVoIP-IMS routers. Write deployment guidelines and troubleshooting guides and perform low-level routing troubleshooting to assist Tier-3 technical support personnel.
Required Skills
1. 7+ years of IT Experience
2. Experience with Cisco OSR and GSR routers, MPLS, BGP, OSPF, HSRP/VRRP.
3. Extensive hands on experience with router configurations.
4. Hands on Layer-3 troubleshooting required.
5. Experience at the Internet Service Provider level.
6. OSPF Expert Required
7. BGP Expert Required
8. TCP/IP Expert Required
9. Juniper M320 Expert Required
10. IP QOS Expert Required
11. MPLS Expert Required
12. CISCO OSR/GSR Expert Required
13. SNMP Intermediate Required
14. LAN /WAN technology Expert Desired
15. Scripting Intermediate Desired
