This position of technical system Manager is responsible for supervising installation, computer system of company and ensuring function of backup system. They work in every size of group of service sector and industry. This position is also responsible for providing proper support and advice to users.
Technical system manager makes sure that ICT facilities are gaining all the needs. He or she installs various new systems. If someone is using remote then they provide safe access of network.
Applications: Microsoft Office, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Access etc.
Hardware: IBM servers, Cisco routers, switches, HP servers, Netscreen firewall, Voicemail etc.
Operating systems: Windows 2000, 5X, Linux, Apple, UNIX and Novell 4x.
