Our client will need someone to come in and help with their reporting system. Basically look at their system and take a look at their current situation. They have a template to go off of but they just don't have the Remedy/Crystal reports experts in house. So this candidate will be responsible for knowledge transferring before they leave. This is for level I support for their internal help desk. This is all maintenance work not new development, there isn't a huge amount of reports. This is all surface level reporting.
