Skills: Visual FoxPro, MS SQL Server Location: Dallas, TX Duration: 2 - 4 months then Perm Description: US Citizens or Green card holders are preferred - possibility of full time job offer after 3 - 6 months, if there is an opening. (H1 is fine if you can not find US Citizens) Client is seeking a Visual FoxPro Developer. Candidate will have extensive experience developing complex applications in Microsoft Visual FoxPro. Required Skills & Experience: * Design and create functionality in FoxPro and be able to perform development and system enhancements in Visual FoxPro. * Analyze and enhance existing applications. * Optimize code to reduce redundancy. * Excellent knowledge of database design fundamentals and data modeling tools. * Ability to research concepts, develops action items, and implements them to realize the goal of optimized code in a functional application that meets customer needs. * Keen organizational, verbal, and writing skills. * Work effectively in an existing cohesive team environment, sharing knowledge with team members while learning from them. * Provide support for help desk representatives as needed. * Experience with SQL Server and the deployment of.NET Framework applications are desired.
