Title : Business Process Architect
Location : Portland, ME
Duration : 6 Months Contract to Hire
Start Date : ASAP
Rate : Open
Required Skills:
1. Minimum of 8+ Years Experience as a Business Process Management with at least last 3 years as a strong participant or lead or Architect - in Business Process role.
2. Must be able to manage requirements communicating between Users, Business, Product, PMO, EA , Development and Infrastructure groups as necessary
3. Strong experience in Reverse engineering of processes from existing systems.
4. Ability to navigate Legacy Mainframe, Siebel, J2EE, PeopleSoft and Oracle implementations as necessary
5. Strong experience in Use case Specifications, Analysis, Modeling and User Interface.
6. Experience using Business Process Modeling (BPM) tools – (Tools like System Architect, Mega Provision, IBM Process Modeler, Lombardi Frame works, JBPM etc)
7. Proven Knowledge of standard notations and languages – BPEL, BPMN, XML Schemas, UML
8. Solid understanding of change management and risk mitigation. SDLC using Waterfall or Iterative methodologies
9. Knowledge of Component Business Model is a great plus
10. The BPA must contain strong communication skills and have the ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
