Consultant should have 4+ years experience in Visual Basic and 3+ years experience _vbscript_ing, Database concepts Microsoft SQL preferred (3 yrs)
Must have Working knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life cycle)
Should have Working knowledge of Operating Systems (windows XP, Xpe, Server 2003)
Microsoft Office Suite knowledge (e.g. word, excel, access, etc)
Understanding of network principles & technologies (TCP/IP, WAN, LAN, VPN, wireless, etc.)
Developed and lead software development efforts through a SDLC for a Microsoft windows platform, preferably windows 2003& windows XP (5+ yrs)
Must have windows system development dealing with registries, active directory, and WMI
Must have 2+ years of experience on SQL database and report development, Windows application development
