We have an urgent position for you as a Oracle HRMS Technical Lead

Location: Georgia GA

Duration: 9 +months

Job Role & Skill Set:- 

* Application Architect - Oracle Applications

 

Required skills:- 

* Technical Lead with at least 10 years experience in the implementation of
Oracle HRMS applications. 

* Candidate should have a thorough understanding of the technical
architecture, table structures, and data distribution that supports Oracle
HR, Payroll, Oracle Time and labor, and Oracle Incentive Compensation. 

* Candidate should have served successfully as a Technical Lead for at least
3 implementations with strong focus on working with functional and technical
team members to manage Data conversion, development of Fast Formulas,
Interfaces, Reports, and Extensions. 

 

Must have experience:- 

* tuning Oracle Payroll

* Oracle Time and Labor

* Oracle Incentive Compensation processes for large enterprise
implementations. 

* Extensive and specific experience in the retail sector is a must.

 

Nice to have skills:-

* The candidate should have a proven track record of preparing project
plans, effort estimates, delivery schedules, and managing technical team
resources to meet program level objectives. 

 

* Candidate MUST be local to Atlanta or relocate to Atlanta for the duration
of the project.
