CLARITY DEVELOPERATLANTA, GA RATE: ALAP 6 MONTHSInterview Process:phone screen then f2f at your own expense§This position is requested to develop Clarity customizations and system interfaces between Clarity and other applications like PeopleSoft Time and Labor and other custom applications.§The contract developer will design, develop and maintain key subsystems for the Client's Clarity implementations for all of the business units.§In addition, the position also requires for supporting all custom system interfaces that are built to interface with Clarity. §The developer will be responsible for gaining insight into requirements, creating and proposing design solutions to address the requirements, executing the design to the point of working code, verifying the code with unit tests and system level tests, ensuring proper versioning and configuration management of code and related artifacts, producing deployable versions of the subsystem for handoff to other groups, production support of the Clarity application and supporting reports, implementation of fixes and upgrades.§The contract developer should have five or more years of full life-cycle development, preferably of medium/large-scale distributed architectures in n-tier and client server environments using object-oriented analysis and design methodologies.§The contract developer must be comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a CS degree, as well as a demonstrated ability to develop and release quality products on-time in an emerging technology environment, as well as the following attributes:-Must have 2-3 years experience with CA Clarity -Demonstrated ability to develop and release quality products on-time, experience with all life-cycle phases of product development on at least two projects. -Must be a practitioner of software development best practices - including design for testability and maintainability, writing clean and robust code, promoting software reuse, guarding variabilities against change, sufficient unit tests, documentation, configuration management discipline, and post release maintenance/updates.-Five or more years experience in the development of object-oriented software applications using C# and/or JAVA.-Three or more years experience with object analysis and modeling and methodologies preferably in multiple domains. Ability to articulate design decisions during design reviews. Demonstrated experience in developing open/closed solutions.-Experience with relational database technology and transactional processing (Schema, Stored Procedures, SQL on Oracle, SQL Server, etc).-Experience with SOA/Web Services, Security, Business Rules, Persistence, Templates/Scripting, Event driven asynchronous processing/job processing, Domain Modeling, Performance Tuning, etc.-Working knowledge of front-end Internet technologies (HTML, XML, XSLT, JSP, etc.).-Framework design and development experience is a plus.-Expertise with building highly scalable server applications is a plus.
