Candidate Responsibilities:
a. Lead programmer (s) working with OASAS employees in developing
proposed new web application in accordance with OASAS' application software
architecture.
b. Testing.
c. Support issue resolution and correct defects that may be identified
while the application is in production.
Candidate Job Qualifications:
a. Experience in development, testing, and deployment of custom
applications using Oracle tools.
b. Strong skills in current Oracle web development tools, with
particular emphasis on JDeveloper, required. Specific experience should
include:
i. J2EE
development
ii. Web
Services
iii. XML
iv. Oracle
Developer Suite, particularly skills in:
v.
JDeveloper,
vi. Designer
and
vii. Reports
viii. Oracle
databases
ix. Oracle
JHeadstart
x. SQL,
PL/SQL
c. Proven background developing Web services, triggers, packages,
procedures, and J2EE applications/modules.
d. Keen focus on performance tuning, testing, and quality assurance.
e. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
f. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
