Response Time: Immediate Requirement: Title: Sr System Administrator (Locals or Nearbys Only) Position: 2 Duration: 1+ yr contract Location: Lake Success, NY Interview: Immediate Description: Looking for a Senior System Administrator (IBM Websphere and Commerce) who will be responsible for maintaining and updating all existing Web systems (Internet/Intranet/Extranet) that employ scalable-advanced technologies. This key individual will be responsible for integrating Web systems with existing systems, enabling the creation of new Web enterprises or expanding business onto the Web. You will be working with the operations staff (UNIX, DBA, etc.), IT management, and vendors in resolution of highly complex technical problems. The Senior Web Administrator will be responsible for maintaining and updating all existing Web systems (Internet/Intranet/Extranet) that employ scalable-advanced technologies. This key individual will be responsible for integrating Web systems with existing systems, enabling the creation of new Web enterprises or expanding business onto the Web. Skills Required: FTP, Java/JSP, MS Access, MS Office Suite, MS Excel, MS Visio, MS PMS Project,MS Word,Other, see Notes,PL/SQL,SQL Perlscript,Toad,XML,AJAX, Web Services,ASP,Javascript,A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS or Engineering plus 5-7 years experience with IBM Websphere.
