*Job Description: *
We are looking for an experienced SW Architect or Senior SW Engineer. The
work will include architectural and requirement development work as part of
new service prototype. We need a person knowledgeable and experienced with
Microsoft OCS and IBM Sametime including databases (Oracle, Active
Directory, LDAP), presence, and Instant Messaging (IM). It is important to
have development knowledge/experience on Microsoft and Linux e.g. of .NET,
and Java/J2EE. The candidate will participate in creating specifications in
SIP, JAVA/J2EE or C/C++ used to develop software programs which will run
efficiently in various complex Telecom software products. Candidate will
assists in the definition of complex software, such as utility programs, job
control language, macros, and subroutines.
*GENERAL DESCRIPTION:*
• Provide design guidance to members of Product Development Group
• Design, test, and document solution and code in small team
• Review JAVA/.NET designs for completeness, and ensure approval for all
designs is gained in a timely manner
• Development and review of detailed estimates for software projects
• Build prototype system and manage hand off to production
• Functional Specification review (in conjunction with other Architects and
Group Manager)
*Skill Experience Need:*
1) Dev knowledge in Microsoft and Linux env Expert Required
2) Database knowledge (Oracle, AD, SQL server) Expert Required
3) LDAP protocols and systems experience Expert Required
4) Java dev & envir exp (Eclipse, ANT, MAVEN, JDBC Expert Required
5) Exp. w/.NET (C) dev & envir, ie. Visual Studio Expert Required
6) Call Control Frameworks or St Machine driven apps Expert Required
7) Solid organization and communication skills Expert Required
8) Self-starter, work on own initiative Expert Required
9) Project Mgmt experience Intermediate Required
10) Wireless protocols; IM protocols, security, SIP Expert Desired
