Hi All, Do you have Pacbase developers we need 7 candidates This is a complex application that requires extensive development in Pacbase! Most of the people on his team have 10+ years and the contractors he’s hired have about 5 yrs min, 1-2 yrs of experience will not be enough.
Also, please make sure they have done NEW development as well as enhancements to existing code. They should also have experience with both batch & online programs. Some of the candidates submitted only migrated Pacbase code into Cobol, Tandem or some other MF technology…. This is not what he’s looking for!
