Knowledge and utilization of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and QA/process methodologies such as CMM/CMMI, etc. Possess an entrepreneurial attitude towards accomplishing project goals Proficiency with MS Project, MS Office Suite, MS Visio Ability to effectively and accurately capture meeting minutes, and document and publish those minutes to meeting participants. Desired skills: Project Management certification, such as the PMP is desirable Experience using and developing management dashboard applications Familiar with earned value management Familiar with communications plan development, business process analysis, requirements analysis and definition, and use/application of structured methodologies, such as Rational Unified Process (RUP), structured analysis, etc Familiar with software integration analysis, requirements management, risk management, quality assurance, modeling, configuration management and change management Familiar with developing business process documentation, requirements documentation, proofs of concept, and other documentation Familiar with BRIO, Hyperion, or similar software tools for management report development.
